AT Medics are looking to recruit passionate, flexible and motivated Lead Nurse for 12 practices across North Central and North West London to lead our clinical team.

Nursing is important to AT Medics, and following the retirement of the current post holder Lead Nurse we are looking for a talented innovative and experienced Practice Nurse to lead the nursing team in the 12 sites across North Central and North West London. The role will lead on nursing recruitment, improving quality, governance and ensure that nursing careers are enhanced throughout AT Medics. The post holder will be part of the AT Medics Senior Management Team, reporting to the Board.

It is critical that the post holder understands the complexity and challenges of Primary care, as well as the significant opportunity that Primary Care has to work in partnership with their population to meaningfully improve health outcomes.
