An opportunity to work in an organised practice in the town of Yeovil. The practice is well-run and trains Registrars annually. The practice is forward-thinking and has additional income streams as well as from its GMS contract. The practice is high-earning and proactive in reducing GP workload with other healthcare professionals.

Salary - £9,000 - £10,000 per session + Indemnity insurance paid + 6 weeks' annual leave + 1 week study leave + BMA model contract

Location - Yeovil

The surgery -

  • Well-respected Training practice with multiple GP Trainers
  • Smart, purpose-built building
  • Forward-thinking with additional income streams
  • Multi-skilled team allowing GPs more time with patients (minimal, if any, home visits)
  • Good team of GPs and equitable workload
  • High QOF achieving

Your role -

  • 4 - 8 sessions
  • Face-to-face appts
  • 15 minute appointments
  • Very low visiting
  • On-call pro rata'd on a rota
  • To be part of an excellent team
