Exciting Opportunity for Salaried GP or Partner

Are you fed up with General Practice and looking for a change?

Would you like to offer good quality care to patients that you know?

Would you like to have the right work/life balance?

We are looking for a GP to join our small practice (3,400 patients) for 5 sessions per week.

We can offer continuity of care in a small friendly team in purpose-built premises in the heart of the military town of Aldershot.

We share purpose-built premises and have the benefit of Paramedic Practitioners carrying out home visits, a clinical pharmacist, an MSK Physiotherapy service and Medicines Management support to assist with medication audits. A chronic disease practice nurse and an HCA complete our Team.

We look after 3 local Nursing Homes offering a weekly ward round to each home and have high QOF achievement. We train medical students from Southampton University.

We are looking for someone who can bring innovation and new ideas.

We would welcome informal visits to the Practice.

If you are interested please contact our Practice Manager via email at suescott@nhs.net or telephone the Practice on 01252 335460
