- £250/session contribution to medical defence fees
We have two opportunities for doctors to join our incredibly friendly practice, which is the fastest growing and most innovative practice in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Apart from being a well-established GP training and University of Oxford teaching practice, we also lead on major public health initiatives, have our own investment company and are working in partnership with other practices and companies to develop improved ways of providing excellent care to our patients.
We take the support, supervision and development of our team very seriously and run a 'first five' scheme to help GP's new to practice find their feet. We are also starting a ‘3 years to Director’ scheme
The first opportunity is for a doctor interested in becoming a director and shareholder in the practice over the next 2 to 3 years. Applicants should be committed, intelligent and forward thinking. You don't need any business experience as we will provide this training and support for you once you join. We are only looking for the right attitude and personality. We will train and support you to do the rest.
The second opportunity is for a salaried doctor or retainer/returner who is looking for somewhere with good team mentoring, support, education and development, and which is backed up with excellent systems. We have a strong group of low-session doctors for whom work life balance is crucial and who recognise and value the benefits of team working in a friendly and diverse team.
