Salaried GP, Hailsham area

Background -
A high-performing practice with an excellent clinical skill mix. The surgery has a stable team of permanent GPs and is also supported by a strong nursing team and the benefit of 2 Paramedics. The surgery offers a good work-life balance with a reasonable workload of 13 - 15 patients per session. No duty doctor requirement. The practice will cover full indemnity and offer a contract in line with the BMA model.

Salary - £9,000 - £9,500 per session per annum + indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS pension

The surgery -

• Well-organised practice - very well-led practice with strong, experienced Practice Manager
• Support of strong nursing team including Nurse Prescriber and Paramedics
• Excellent admin/secretarial team
• CQC rated Good across the board
• High QOF achieving
• Using Emis Web Clinical system

Your role -

• Salaried GP
• View to Partnership available
• 4 - 8 sessions per week
• Morning 14 - 15 patients, afternoon 13 - 14 patients
• No duty doctor requirement
• Enjoyable working environment
